Mr. Morrison is a co-founder of Lemor Realty and Lemor Development Group. He is a licensed NYS Real Estate Broker and a Registered Apartment Manager (RAM) accredited by the National Association of Home Builders. Mr. Morrison maintains membership in professional and civic organizations and currently sits on several boards. He has been active in promoting affordable housing and community-based initiatives through collaborations with the City of New York. Kenneth is a member of the Greater Harlem Real Estate Board, where he is a Board member and Past President.
Mr. Rayford joined Lemor Realty as an acquisitions associate in June of 2012, and a co-founder of Lemor Development Group. Prior to joining the Lemor Realty Family, Mr. Rayford spent two years with Time Square Development. He started as an intern while completing his Master’s Degree at NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate, and was quickly promoted to full-time development associate. Before attending NYU, he was involved in the development of residential subdivisions in the Atlanta, Georgia area. Before embarking on a career in real estate development, he was an Institutional Equity Sales Trader at Blaylock and Partners and E*Trade Securities. Mr. Rayford has obtained his Masters in Real Estate Development and he holds a B.S. in Biology from Morehouse College.

William joined Lemor Development Group in September 2015. Prior to joining Lemor, he was a Senior Project Manager with the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD). During his two years at HPD, he managed the construction financing closing of fourteen multifamily new construction development. Prior to working for HPD, he was a development and planning consultant for a market-rate developer focused on lower Manhattan; a Senior Economic Development Analyst for the Hudson Square Connection; a Business Improvement District (BID) located in Manhattan; and a Senior Associate at a planning and development consulting firm located in New Jersey specializing in expert testimony for planning and zoning board approvals, affordable housing plans (COAH); master plans and redevelopment plans. William holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from NYU, a Master of City & Regional Planning from Rutgers University, and a B.S. in Geography from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
Jessie decided to leave public accounting after 10 years in the field of taxation and accounting to start her own tax & accounting practice: jmWilliams CPA, LLP. During those 10 years, she has worked for her professors while attending Graduate school in numerous different industries; 2 out of the 4 Big 4 accounting firms, as well as mid-size accounting firms. Jessie uses her experience and skills to help individuals and especially small businesses.
Recent years in public accounting have made Jessie experienced in Financial Services/Asset Management and the investment world. However, it is her earlier years of experience that gives her the most satisfaction in her current practice: servicing small businesses and their owners. Currently her practice services as an all-round accounting and tax provider for companies like construction companies, restaurants, online retail stores, pest control, auto mechanics, energy brokers, medical and legal practices.
Mariaelena Jorge Paris
Development Associate/Asset Manager
Mariaelena J. Paris started with Lemor Realty Corp in the Fall of 2014 as an intern. During her tenure with the Lemor Companies, she has assisted in portfolio acquisitions, refinances and repositioning distressed properties. As an Asset Manager, she works closely with property management, tax credits investors as well as state and local agencies to ensure the health and long-term success of Lemor Development Projects. As of Spring 2018, Mariaelena holds a Masters in Real Estate Finance and Investment from NYU.
Tia Mosobbir joined Lemor Development Group as a Staff Accountant where she works to assist and coordinate accounting procedures including AP, maintaining job cost ledgers, month-end close, etc. Prior to joining Lemor Development Group, Tia was an Accounting/Finance Analyst at National Grid. While there Tia coordinated and participated in month-end close activities and Regulatory filings. Tia trained and transitioned members of her team to their roles within the Close Coordination and Service Company Accounting Teams. Tia also led the Business Continuity initiative for her team and created a Standard Operating Procedure for her team. A graduate from the University at Albany, Tia holds a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, with Honors. When not hard at work, she enjoys traveling and finding different ways to give back to the community.
Kamala Hargrove started working at Lemor as a Property Management and Development intern for two summers while completing her undergraduate studies. Kamala received her Bachelors of Arts in Mathematics and Theater & Dance in the Spring of 2019. As an intern, Kamala assisted with lease renewals, managing invoices and property information, and administering new tenant applications. She will now be working at Lemor Development as a Project Manager as well as learning how to Underwrite for future Lemor Development Projects. During her free time, Kamala enjoys dancing and choreographing in various dance styles.
Justin Lawrence joined Lemor Development Group as an intern for the Summer of 2019. He currently works in all aspects of the firm as he continues to learn the nuances of Real Estate Development. Before coming to Lemor Development Group, Justin worked as a research intern for the Wiley Real Estate Group in Atlanta, GA, where he researched various assets and properties for the firm. Justin is earning his undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and is a rising senior at Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA.
Stephanie Lara received her degree in Business Management from the City College of New York. She is a certified LIHTC specialist. Her career journey brought her to the business of affordable housing. Nine years of experience working in affordable housing gave her the ability to work with various programs. Her expertise includes working with programs such as Section 8, tax credits, and HPD. Mrs. Lara has made it her purpose to provide families with the respect and professionalism that they deserve. She believes that hard work, honesty, and commitment will bring progression to affordable housing.
Assistant Property Manager
Tariana Rodriguez has been with Lemor Development LLC since March 2016. She was promoted from an Administrative Assistant to an Assistant Property Manager within three years. She has basic knowledge of bookkeeping and is studying to be an Accountant. Ms. Rodriguez is responsible for managing the financial aspects of our business, including the oversight of our accounts receivable and payable. With her hard work and dedication, Ms. Rodriguez has been a great asset to our team.
