Glenys joined our team in 2004. As an Administrative Assistant, she provides day-to-day support for general property management operations, such as tenant’s billing, leasing, A/R and A/P. Prior to joining Lemor Realty Corp., she served as a Commercial Underwriter Assistant for Greater NY Insurance Companies, where she assisted using specialized software to calculate risk, analyze and rate insurance applications, request inspections, recommend approval or denial, and set the premiums accordingly. In 2010, she received her Property Management certificate from NYREI.
Shanell joined our team in 2015. She ensures all maintenance repairs are handled satisfactorily by contacting residents with completed service requests on a daily basis and works closely with LIHTC management (Tax-Credit). She also works at our legal department following up with legal proceedings. She received her Property Management Certificate in 2014 and she is also an active Licensed Real Estate Salesperson.
