Mr. Morrison is a co founder of Lemor Realty and Lemor Development Group. He is a licensed NYS Real Estate Broker and a Registered Apartment Manager (RAM) accredited by the National Association of Home Builders. Mr. Morrison maintains membership in professional and civic organizations and currently sits on several boards, YMCA Housing Board, Bradhurst Merchants Association, West 145th Street BID, and NYSAFAH to name a few. He has been active in promoting affordable housing and community-based initiatives through collaborations with the City of New York. Kenneth is a member of the Greater Harlem Real Estate Board, where he is a Board member and Past President.

Mr. Rayford joined Lemor Realty as an acquisitions associate in June of 2012, and a co-founder of Lemor Development Group. Mr. Rayford has been responsible for the acquisition/development of approximately 400 units in his short time at Lemor. Prior to joining the Lemor Reality Family, Mr. Rayford spent two yeas with Time Square Development; Starting out as intern while a completing his Masters Degree at NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate and was quickly promoted to full time development associate. Prior to attending NYU, he was (involved in the development of residential subdivisions in the Atlanta, Georgia area. Before embarking on a career in real estate development, he was an Institutional Equity Sales Trader at Blaylock and Partners and E*Trade Securities. Mr. Rayford obtained his Masters of Real Estate Development from NYU and he holds a BS in Biology from Morehouse College.

William joined Lemor Development Group in September 2015. Prior to joining Lemor he was a Senior Project Manager with the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD). During his two years at HPD, he managed the construction financing closing of fourteen multifamily new construction development. Prior to working for HPD, he was a development and planning consultant for a market-rate developer focused on lower Manhattan; a Senior Economic Development Analyst for the Hudson Square Connection; a Business Improvement District (BID) located in Manhattan; and a Senior Associate at a planning and development consulting firm located in New Jersey specializing in expert testimony for planning and zoning board approvals, affordable housing plans (COAH); master plans and redevelopment plans. William holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from NYU, a Master of City and Regional Planning from Rutgers University, and a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Vanessa joined Lemor Realty in August 2013. Prior to joining Lemor Realty she was a Housing Fellow in the NYC Department of Housing Preservation Development (HPD)/NYC Housing Development Corporation (HDC) Program Housing Fellows Program. As a Fellow, she worked at HPD in the Office of Development on Preservation Finance and New Construction projects as well as in Capital Markets at HDC. Before moving to New York, She provided a year of service to Housing and Neighbourhood Development Services (HANDS) in Orange, New Jersey as an AmeriCorps VISTA volunteer. She obtained a Masters in City and Regional Planning from Rutgers University and a Bachelors of Arts in Sociology from Spelman College.
Mariaelena Jorge Paris
Mariaelena Paris changed sectors when she joined the team at Lemor Development Group in the summer of 2014. A Rangel Scholar who graduated Cum Laude from the City College of New York in 2009 with a Baccalaureate Degree in Social Science went from non-profit art education, into the New York City real estate industry. From 2009 to 2014 Mariaelena served as the director of operations for the Amsterdam based Pancake Gallery Foundation, as part of the executive team she was responsible for overseeing the logistics of a multi-national art education program with funding from multi-national corporate and institutional sponsors. At Lemor Development Group Mariaelena serves as Asset Manager working closely with property management, tax credit investors, as well as state and local agencies to ensure the health and long-term success of Lemor Development projects. Since joining Lemor Development, Mariaelena has begun graduate coursework at NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate where she is focused on finance and investment.
